What are your hours?

We’re available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Do you offer a free consult?

Yes! We’re happy to spend an hour with you talking about your business and answering any questions you may have.

Do you take walk-ins?

Unfortunately, no. Please feel free to call us at any time to set up an appointment.

Are you accepting new clients?

Yes! We’d love to get to know you and your business.

How do I get started working with you?

Give us a call or an email so we can set up a time to talk. Once we understand exactly what you need, we will send you a proposal listing of the work to be done and our fees.

Do you provide customer service by phone, email, or both?

Both! We’ll promptly answer any inquiries you make by phone and email.

What do you specialize in?

QuickBooks Online is our specialty! We offer QuickBooks Online cleanups, setups, client training and monthly bookkeeping. We’re also specialists when it comes to providing accounting solutions to businesses in the service industry, such as salons, medical offices, electricians, etc.

What is your price range for an individual income tax preparation and filing service?

Sorry, we don’t do tax preparation and filing ourselves, but we will gladly work with your tax accountant for a smooth transition to tax preparation.

What is your price range for monthly bookkeeping?

The price range will vary depending on the level of service that you need.

Do you know QuickBooks?

Yes! We’re an Advanced Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor for QuickBooks Online.

Do you know NetSuite?

Unfortunately, no. We do not provide any NetSuite services at this time.

What documents do I need to provide you with?

Once we have our initial conversation and get a better understanding of your business, we can determine what documents we’ll need to get started. Generally, if we are performing routine monthly reconciliations, we’ll need your bank, credit card and loan statements.

How can I send you documents?

We use a secure document transfer system called Smartvault. We’ll help you get set up so you can just drag and drop any documents to your secure folder.

Do you take credit cards?

Yes, we take payments by credit card.

When do you expect payment?

We bill monthly on the first of each month. For setups and cleanups, we require a deposit to be made.

How is your service different from others in your field?

Not only are we Advanced QuickBooks ProAdvisors, we’re also CPAs with 25+ years of experience. We attend training and meetings almost weekly to keep up to date on software, apps and accounting. We love small businesses and are truly excited to help you succeed. Plus, we don’t charge for phone calls! We’d rather address the issue or question right away instead of having it cause stress and problems later on.

What happens if I am not satisfied with your service?

What if I don’t know what I need?

No problem! We can help you figure out exactly what you need.

Why should I buy from you?

We are experts in our field! We only accept clients who we feel we can help and offer proper expertise. If you’re not a good fit for us, we have a network of bookkeepers, accountants, QuickBooks ProAdvisors and tax accountants to whom we can refer you. We treat our clients’ businesses like they are our own.
